2011-12 Men's Basketball Ticket Pricing
Under the leadership of The Anne and Tony Joseph Director of Men's Basketball Johnny Dawkins, the Cardinal wrapped up the 2010-11 season at 15-16 overall and tied for seventh in Pac-10 play, despite being picked to finish ninth in the preseason poll. With underclassmen accounting for 10 of the 15 roster spots, last year's youth movement made considerable progress. In addition to making more starts (47) than any other Pac-10 team, Stanford's freshmen logged the highest percentage of minutes played (41.7) and accounted for the highest percentage of scoring (40.3).
A great deal of excitement surrounds this year's squad, which returns 13 of its 15 players from last season and adds three freshmen. Dawkins recently signed a two-year contract extension, keeping him on The Farm through the 2015-16 campaign and positioning the program to achieve success in the upcoming seasons.
"I am thrilled to extend my affiliation with Stanford University," Dawkins said. "Not only am I excited about the future of our basketball program, but proud to be part of a world-renowned university and athletic department."
