STANFORD, Calif. - Freshman driver Kiley Neushul was named KAP 7 MPSF Newcomer of the Week for the third time this season, the conference announced Monday.

Neushul scored twice in Saturday's 12-4 win at Hawai'i, helping the Cardinal improve to 14-1 overall and 2-0 in MPSF play.

The Goleta, Calif. native netted her first goal of the game in the second period, helping the Cardinal to a 4-3 halftime lead. Later on, she would fire home in the fourth period, helping cap an 8-0 run that broke the game open for Stanford.

On the year Neushul leads the Cardinal with 34 goals. Stanford is currently on its final-exam break, and will return to action March 25 at UC Santa Barbara.
