Stanford Set to Host NCAA Mountain Regional

#3 Cardinal to meet #20 Colorado on Friday

STANFORD, CA --- Defending NCAA champion Stanford University looks to move a couple of steps closer to its third national title in the last four years when it hosts the NCAA Mountain Regional on Friday and Saturday nights at Maples Pavilion. The regional winner will advance to the NCAA Women's Volleyball Final Four in Spokane, Washington on December 18-20.

In semifinal action on Friday, No. 5 UC Santa Barbara plays No. 12 Texas at 6 p.m., and No. 3 Stanford faces No. 20 Colorado at 8 p.m. (or 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first match). The regional final will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

Two-day regional passes are currently available in the Stanford ticket office ($16 for reserved seats, $12 for adult general admission and $9 for children, senior and student general admission), while single day passes are available only on the day of the match ($9 reserved, $7 adult general admission and $5 children. senior and student general admission).
