STANFORD, Calif. - The Stanford synchronized swimming team will compete in its final home events of the season Feb. 12-13. The Cardinal will host the University of Arizona on Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Avery Aquatic Center.

Stanford has dominated the Wildcats in the past, including three wins last season. The Cardinal will also face Arizona in Tucson this year on Saturday, Feb. 26.

The Cardinal is coming off a season-opening win over the University of Incarnate Word. Stanford placed first in the duet, trio and team competitions. Finishing first in deut was juniors Maria Koroleva and Olivia Morgan with a score of 90.167. Capturing the trio win was Wendy Lu, Corinne Smith and Koko Urata with an 86.000. Swimming in the team final was Lu, Morgan, Smith, Urata, Alex Bollaidlaw, Madison Crocker, Morgan Fuller and Jessica Guenther.

Up next, Stanford travels to San Antonio, Texas for the IUW Invitation being held Friday and Saturday, Feb. 18-19.
