LOS ANGELES, Calif.-- Three Stanford divers finished as runner-ups in all four events to open up the calendar year at the Bruins Invite on Saturday.

Former walk-on and current All-American Carmen Stellar was second to UCLA's Karina Silva in the platform and three-meter competitions, scoring 236.05 among the eight competitors on the tower and tallying 319.05 in the three-meter.  

Fellow All-American Meg Hostage was third in the three-meter with a score of 310.95, while Mary Beth Corbett was seventh amongst the 23 competitiors from USC, San Diego, UC San Diego, UCLA, Stanford and Connecticut with a score of 259.10. Hostage had the top score of any of the four Stanford divers in the prelims with a score of 319.05.

On the men's side, All-American Brent Eichenseer scored 352.85 in the platform, while All-American Dwight Dumais, following the top prelim score in the one-meter (340.25) was second overall amongst 13 divers with a score of 303.30. Eichenseer was third with a tally of 287.40.

Competition concludes on Sunday with one-meter for women and three-meter for men.
