As a Sophomore in 2007-08: Finished 18th in the 200 back at the Pac-10 Championships, while posting the fifth-best time among all Stanford swimmers during the season at 2:00.35...also posted the team's fourth-fastest 400 IM time of the campaign (4:23.35) to place 22nd at the Pac-10s...was an honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic selection. As a Freshman in 2006-07: Placed 21st in the 200 back at the Pac-10 Championships (2:02.11)...was Stanford's fifth-fastest swimmer in the 200 breast (2:26.23) and 200 IM (2:05.32), while logging the fourth-fastest ledger in the 400 IM (4:28.43). National Competition Highlights: Competed at Summer Senior Nationals for four straight years (2003-06). High School, Club and Personal Data: Daughter of Mike and Martha Ayres...graduated from the Webb School of Knoxville in Tenn., where she was coached by Marshall Goldman and Lizzie Stark...swam for the Pilot Aquatic Club of Knoxville under coach Gardner Howland...majoring in psychology.
