As a Senior in 2012: Played in18 matches, with 12 starts ... established herself as the full-time starter in central defense over the final four matches of the regular-season and throughout the NCAA tournament ... Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention ... supplied Sydney Payne with the pass that she turned into a spectacular half-volley goal in the first roundof the NCAA tournament against Idaho State (Nov. 9).

As a Junior in 2011: Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention ... scored first collegiate goal in her first collegiate start, against Northwestern (Sept. 4) ... struck Shelby Payne's cross with a first touch in the 45th minute ... moments after entering the match as a defensive midfielder, supplied Alina Garciamendez with the assist for the final goal in a 3-0 NCAA semifinal victory over Florida State ... after a Stanford corner kick was cleared out, Thompson sent a long ball to Garciamendez, who, despite being sandwiched between two defenders, headed the ball over the goalkeeper and under the crossbar.
