Kelley O'Hara, college soccer's best player in 2009, joins the Stanford staff as an undergraduate assistant coach.

O'Hara broke Stanford season records in goals (26) and points (65) - leading the nation in both categories - to lead Stanford to its first NCAA College Cup final and earn the Hermann Trophy as the nation's top player.

O'Hara went on to become the No. 3 overall pick in the Women's Professional Soccer Draft and became an All-Star as a rookie forward for the Bay Area-based FC Gold Pride, and was a catalyst in the team's run to the 2010 WPS title.

O'Hara, a native of Fayetteville, Ga., made her debut for the full United States national team on March 28, 2010, against Mexico and is expected to contend for a spot on the 2011 U.S. Women's World Cup team.
