5 v 5 Tournament Form

STANFORD, Calif. -- Stanford lacrosse has introduced its 5 versus 5 tournament for high-school and middle-school age players. The tournament will be Sunday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The tournament is open to everyone and players are encouraged to sign up as a team or an individual. Teams will need a minimum of six players and can have up to a maximum of 10 players. Players that sign up as an individual will be placed on "house teams". Stanford lacrosse will keep those individuals posted with the status of the house team sign-ups.

To register, mail the form at the top of the page. The cost is $50 per player. Please make checks payable to: Change Your Level Lacrosse.

The high school and middle school players will be on separate fields and all teams must have at least one goalie.

There will be an upcoming clinic in October as well as the annual Winter Camp that will be December 27-30.
