STAFF
The Stanford coaching staff will be joined by coaches from a variety of Division 1 programs, as well as top Division 1 players from Stanford and other colleges across the country. Stanford boasts a very good teaching staff. The staff will coach from a players' perspective, helping campers learn the moves and techniques that make them successful, while having fun. College coaches will provide skill instruction and player development through the drills that they teach their players, and the techniques that make their programs successful. The staff looks forward to using the camper-staff pick up games to work hands on with players in small games, and to demonstrate skills for campers to emulate.

FACILITIES
Campers will enjoy the manicured grass fields of the Maloney complex, home training grounds of Stanford's Lacrosse and Soccer programs. Maloney practice fields, only a short walk from the dorms, are surrounded by some of the nicest athletic facilities in the country, including the Avery Aquatic Center, the Sunken Diamond Baseball Stadium, and Stanford Stadium.

THE WEATHER
Summers in California are beautiful. Unlike the hot & humid! Conditions of some camp settings, Stanford boasts warm days, bright sun, light breezes, and only 10% humidity, while the nights are cool and refreshing...Perfect for playing all day!

ACCOMODATIONS & MEALS
Campers will be housed in one of the main dormitories on campus among the palm trees, arches, and red-tiled roofs of Stanford's living quarters. Kimball Hall - Located on Escondido Road, contains double and triple rooms. We will take roommate requests until June 9th. We cannot guarantee pairings, but will do our best. The Wilbur dining hall, run by Stanford Dining & Catering Services, is located adjacent to the dorm. The playing fields are only a short walk. Surrounding the dorm and dining hall are the libraries, Hoover Tower, and pedestrian walk ways of the Main Quad.

COMMUTERS
Commuter campers will participate in all 3 sessions of the overnight camp. Between sessions, commuter campers can rest in the lounges of the dorm, although won't be assigned a room. Meals may also be eaten in the dining hall, together with the resident campers, but will purchase meals individually.
