Bokker Heads to Florida with U.S. National Team

STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford head coach and U.S. women’s lacrosse national team assistant coach Amy Bokker will travel to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., this weekend as Team USA competes at the 2013 Champion Challenge.

The U.S. women’s lacrosse team will open the weekend slate against the England national team on Saturday at 7 a.m. (PT) before it takes on last year’s NCAA Tournament runner-up Syracuse at 4 p.m. (PT).

The U.S. team will play its final game of the weekend against the 2012 NCAA champion Northwestern on Sunday, Jan. 27 at 8 a.m. The game against Northwestern will be televised live on ESPN3.com and rebroadcast twice on ESPNU, first on Sunday, Jan. 27 at 9 p.m. (PT) then on Monday, Jan. 28 at 11:30 a.m. (PT).
