"Another week has passed and we are looking better than ever! This week we did a lot of great gymnastics. We had a few intrasquads on beam and bars. They were awesome! Seven for seven in the beam intrasquad- pretty amazing. Everyone is doing really well. It's so fun to be in the gym and see everyone putting routines together.

On an individual basis we had some outstanding performances as well. Tabby and Alex have been putting the finishing touches on beautiful new floor routines and have even added their tumbling to them now. Heather is adding more and more each day, and I've seen some awesome beam sets from her. Also on Friday, there was a little bit of playing into the pit on vault where we saw a few Yurchenko double fulls! There have also been some exciting new bar skills from Aimee and Steph!

This week we spent some time setting goals and talking about what makes a good team successful. As season approaches it was good to bring the big picture into focus and look at what we want to accomplish. Believe me, we're looking forward to a spectacular year!
