Hello everyone!

The past week has been jam-packed with fun and excitement. Last weekend we traveled to Maryland to compete against the University of Maryland in our last regular season meet of the year. The weekend started with a 4:15 am wake-up call for our 7:00 am flight! Once we arrived in Maryland, we went straight to downtown Baltimore for an amazing seafood dinner and a little shopping therapy.

The next day we competed and, once again, we rocked the house! This one was extra fun because it was our first away meet where the whole team got to travel. Everyone hit and it was just a really exciting meet. Afterwards we got to visit with Alex, one of our incoming freshmen next year. Luckily our flight home on Sunday wasn't until later in the evening so we were able to spend the afternoon at the Capitol. It was my first time to the National Mall and I thought it was amazing, especially the Lincoln Memorial and the Air and Space Museum.

The other exciting event of the week is that we have moved up to a #3 ranking in the country. This is the highest that we have ever been ranked in the history of Stanford gymnastics! Everyone is really excited and this has fueled our desire to work even harder in the gym.

I think we're all starting to truly realize the potential we have as a team. Post season is going to be amazing!
