Hey y'all!

It's been another great week for SWG. Finals week is always tough, so to go out there yesterday against UCLA and have a great meet is exhilarating. During finals week we are required to have voluntary practice, so everyone just goes in when they can, and we don't have the whole team there supporting us. However, in our meet yesterday, our energy was better than ever and is going to give us great upwards momentum going into post season. We finished the regular season undefeated in the Pac-10, which is a first for SWG, and, of course, clenching that feat by beating UCLA in front of a home crowd always feels good. The team was worried that there wouldn't be as many people there since most of the students have left for spring break, but there was still an amazing crowd there to support us, so on behalf of SWG, I would like to say thank you for that!

Today we had a team barbeque along with some sand volleyball, which is always a hoot to watch as we show off our incredible volleyball skills. It feels so nice to be on spring break and to have no school! We have two more practices before we head to Arizona State for Pac-10's for total domination. SWG will be super strong in post season because we have the most fun, so stay tuned!!!
