Hey SWG fans!

Wow Wow Wow! SWG is amazing that is all I have to say. We had our first big intrasquad today. It was a great chance for the team to show off all the things we have been working so hard on in the gym and, boy, did we do just that!

Blair started off the intrasquad on vault, with a huge Yurchenko full, setting the tone for the rest of the lineup. Each girl went up and did not hold back. We were attacking with 'no fear,' which was our goal of the day.

Next, we headed to bars where Purnell once again set the tone with her 'no fear' attitude, her crazy new release and hit every handstand. A big shoutout to Shelley for her major improvements (also sticking her landing cold!) and C.J. who, once again, rocked bars!

After an inspiring bars lineup, we moved to beam where Kristen switched things up, making sure we were ready for anything. We didn't know when our name would be called until about 30 seconds before our routine. Once again SWG proved that nothing will faze us this year. The beam lineup was rock solid, showing remarkable confidence, highlighted by huge dismounts from Dani and Fee!

Let me just say that SWG fans are going to be blown away this year with the new floor routines. Once again, Kristen out did herself. Incredible! Mixed in with some big tumbling, our floor line up was great.

I feel so lucky to be on a team like this. It's as if we have been together for years already. We have each others' backs and know exactly what each of us needs. It's a great feeling. This season is going to be unreal!
