11 Cardinal Selected To Pac-10 All-Academic Gymnastics Team

11 Cardinal student-athletes were named to the Pac-10 All-Academic teams, including six on the All-Academic First Team, as announced by Commissioner Tom Hansen. To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be a starter or significant contributor. An athlete is also not eligible its freshman season for the honor. The six first-team selections included senior Lauren Elmore, junior Kelly Fee, sophomore Carly Janiga, senior Alex Pintchouk, senior Aimee Precourt, and senior Tabitha Yim. This Cardinal had six members on the first team, which comprised half of the total selections.
