STANFORD, Calif.--The USC women's golf team is in first place at 300 after the first round of play at the Peg Barnard California Collegiate played at the Stanford Golf Course (Par 73, 6190 Yards) on the campus of Stanford University. Danielle La Voie of USC is on top individually at one-under par 72.
UCLA is in second place at 302 followed by Oregon at 303. Stanford and San Jose State are tied for fourth place at 303. Alicia Um of UCLA is in second place individually at 73 while Amandine Vincent of UCLA and Anika Heuser of Oregon are tied for third place at 74. Five women are tied for fifth place at 75.
Stanford's Jae Jean Ro and Stephanie Keever are tied for 14th at 77. Jessica Belskis is tied for 19th at 78 while Hilary Homeyer is tied for 36th at 80. Julie Dunn is tied for 44th at 81.
The 36-hole Peg Barnard California Collegiate concludes on Sunday.
