STANFORD, Calif.- Prior to Sunday afternoon's contest against Pacific (2-11, 0-3 NorPac), No. 19 Stanford (9-5, 3-1 NorPac) will honor its seven-member senior class in a pregame ceremony.

Seniors Heather Alcorn, Katherine Donner, Jaimee Erickson, Camille Gandhi, Alessandra Moss, Katherine Swank and Xanthe Travlos will be recognized prior to the 1 p.m. start at the Varsity Turf.

Since its first season together in 2007, this talented group has chalked up 48 victories, captured three consecutive NorPac Tournament championships and guided Stanford to a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances.

The senior class has performed well once again in 2010, leading Stanford to a 9-5 overall record. Since their arrival, the Cardinal has remained a fixture among the country's top-20 programs, spending a school-record 17 consecutive weeks in the national rankings dating back to Sept. 18, 2009.

In addition, approximately 25 Stanford field hockey alums will be honored in a halftime tribute, as Homecoming Weekend festivities get underway on The Farm.

Here is a closer look at the seven seniors who have made a lasting impact:

Heather Alcorn

A 5-4 defender from Encinitas, Alcorn has been the latest in a long line of impressive defenders for the Cardinal and has enjoyed a solid career. A three-time NFHCA All-Academic selection and human biology major, Alcorn scored her first career goal last year in a 7-2 win over Temple. Alcorn will be competing in her 72nd career game on Sunday.

Katherine Donner

A 5-3 defender from San Diego, Donner has missed only one game over the course of her four-year career. She enjoyed a breakthrough junior season, posting career-high totals in goals, points and shot attempts while notching her first multi-goal game in a win over Appalachian State. A 2007 NFHCA All-Academic honoree and Science, Technology and Society major, Donner will be playing in her 77th career game on Sunday.

Jaimee Erickson

A 5-7 midfielder from Los Gatos, Erickson's breakthrough junior season coincided with Stanford's record-setting 2009 campaign, as she totaled career-highs in goals, assists, points and shot attempts. Erickson's impressive offensive performance against Pacific in the season opener resulted in NorPac Player of the Week honors, the first of seven weekly conference honors for Stanford this year. A two-time NFHCA All-Academic selection and engineering major, Erickson will be playing in her 67th career game Sunday.

Camille Gandhi

A 5-4 defender from London, England, Gandhi has enjoyed the type of career that places her among the nation's elite performers. A three-time First Team All-NorPac honoree, she was named NorPac Rookie of the Year in 2007 before being honored as the NorPac Player of the Year the following season. A two-time NFHCA All-West Region First Team selection, Gandhi has missed only two games during her collegiate career and for good reason: leading the U.S. Under-21 National Team past Chile with the game-winning overtime goal at the 2008 Junior Pan American Games in Mexico City. Entering today she has scored 18 career goals and dished out 22 career assists. A biology major, Gandhi is participating in her 76th career contest on Sunday.

Alessandra Moss

A 5-4 goalkeeper from New York and a senior academically, Moss is recognized as the top keeper in the conference and her defensive efforts have been crucial to Stanford's recent success. A two-time All-NorPac honoree, Moss has also established a reputation as a clutch performer having been named to the NorPac All-Tournament team twice while stopping five of the nine penalty strokes she has faced in her career. Moss has recorded eight career shutouts while equaling her career high of 13 saves on three different occasions. Her goals against average this year of 1.39 is the lowest of her career. A philosophy major, Moss is playing in her 55th career game Sunday.

Katherine Swank

A 5-5 forward from Richfield, Ohio, Swank has taken advantage of being healthy once again and is playing at a high level during her senior year. Having played in every game this year, she has produced career high totals with four goals, nine points and 21 shots, ranking fourth on the team in that category. A two-time NFHCA All-Academic honoree, Swank has also excelled off the field. A communication major, Swank will be playing in her 60th game on Sunday.

Xanthe Travlos

A 5-1 midfielder from Staffordshire, England, Travlos will leave Stanford as one of the most accomplished players in program history. Travlos' junior year has been her best season to date, scoring a career-high 17 goals (the most for any Cardinal player since Sara Hallock found the cage 25 times in 1993) while notching 38 points and 70 shot attempts. As a result, she became the 13th player in school history to be named an All-American. A three-time NFHCA All-West Region pick and three-time NorPac All-Tournament Team selection, Travlos was named the conference's Player of the Year in 2008. She has scored 36 career goals, including three hat tricks during her time on The Farm. A philosophy major, Travlos will participate in her 75th career contest on Sunday.
