STANFORD, Calif.- Fresh off a weekend sweep that included a 3-2 statement victory over No. 12 California, Stanford swept this week's NorPac West Division Player of the Week awards.
Becky Dru was named the Offensive Player of the Week, scoring two goals on penalty corners in a two-minute span during Stanford's 3-2 victory over California. Dru led all players with six shots in that game. Two days later in a 3-1 win over UC Davis, Dru added an assist and two shot attempts. For the week, she totaled five points and eight shots.
