Senior Curt Toppel was named All-American by Volleyball Magazone

SAFETY HARBOR, Fla. - Stanford's Curt Toppel (Pacific Palisades, CA), a senior opposite hitter, was named to Volleyball Magazine All-America Third Team. The Volleyball Magazine selection comes on the heels of Toppel being named All-MPSF for a fourth consecutive year, earning First Team Honors in 2000, 2002, and 2003.

Toppel capped of his career, at Stanford, with a senior season that included 246 kills (4.82 per game), 74 digs (1.45pg), 39 blocks (.76 pg), and 14 service aces (.27 pg). He also hit .346 (246 k-74 e-497 ta) in 51 games.

Toppel is a Human Biology Major.
