Stanford Ends Tournament With Loss To USC

The Cardinal fought a hard 5 game loss to end the Elephant Bar Tournament.

	Sophomore Brandon Williams had 14 kills in the 5 game match.

The Stanford Men's Volleyball Team dropped their final match of the UCSB Elephant Bar Tournament to USC today with the scores of 28-30, 30-23, 30-23, 28-30, and 12-15.

The team had a good showing in the 5 game match, with both Evan Romero and Matt Ceran having 21 kills apiece. Sophomore Brandon Williams tallied 14 kills with a .600 hitting percentage while freshman Garrett Werner hit .692 on the match with 9 kills.

Stanford will open MPSF play at home on Friday, Jan. 12th as they face Cal State Northridge at 7:00 PM in Maples Pavillon.
