How Teams Qualify

The National Collegiate Men's Volleyball Championship provides for a single elimination tournament, comprising four teams. One team will be selected from each of the West, Midwest and East regions through automatic qualification; and one team will be selected at large. The following conferences have been granted automatic qualification for the 2010 championship:

  • East-Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (EIVA)
  • Midwest-Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA)
  • West-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF)

The fourth team will be selected by the men's volleyball committee on Sunday, May 2, 2010.
