Stanford: Will bring his NCAA cross country experience to the track after redshirting the 2000 season.
2000 Track & Field Season: Redshirted, but ran an unattached 3:46.38 for 1,500 meters and 14:12.83 for 5,000 meters.
2000 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Competed on the title-winning Pac-10 Stanford team … Also helped lead the team to the NCAA West Region title and fourth place at the NCAA Championships.
1999 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Gained valuable experience in his freshman season, competing in five races including the NCAA Championships at Indiana … Finished first at the Fila Southern California Invitational and eighth at the BYU Invitational.
High School: Enjoyed numerous first place finishes in track/cross country at Central High School … Finished second at the Colorado state meet during his senior season … The two-time Colorado state track champion in the 3,200 meters … Also won the 1,600 meter title during his junior season.
