TULSA, Okla.- John Morrissey posted a 7-6 (4), 6-2 victory over David O'Leary of Memphis on Tuesday afternoon in the second round of qualifying singles action at the ITA All-American Championships.
Morrissey will next square off against UCLA's Dennis Mkrtchian on Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. PT.
After a first-round bye, Morrissey then teamed up with Matt Kandath to defeat Louisville's Sebastian Stiefelmeyer and Albert Wagner 9-8 (1) in the second round of doubles qualifying.
