Stanford, Calif. - The Stanford men's swimming team will face Pacific in a dual meet on Saturday, January 15, at 11 a.m. at Avery Aquatic Center. The Cardinal take a 2-0 record into the meet with the Tigers who are meeting for the seventh consecutive year. Stanford is 6-0 against UOP heading into this weekend's matchup.

Last season, the Cardinal defeated Pacific, 107-92, at the Avery Aquatic Center.

Last week, Stanford picked up its second dual meet win of the season with a victory over Michigan.

The Stanford men's swimming and diving team have posted four consecutive seasons without a loss in dual meet competition. The last time the Cardinal lost a dual meet was in the 1999-2000 season (to Texas). Since that time SU is 34-0 in dual meet competition, and are 58-3 since the 1997-98 season.

The Cardinal kick off conference action next week at the Arizona schools.
