Stanford seniors Bobby Warshaw and Dominique Yahyavi have been named to the ESPN Academic All-District® men's soccer teams. Both are now eligible to be selected as Academic All-Americans.

Both Warshaw and Yahyavi are repeat winners of this award, having been named to the 2009 Academic All-District team as well. Warshaw went on to be named Academic All-America last season.

Warshaw maintains a 3.57 GPA in political science and is a 2010 Lowe' Senior Class Award finalist. Along with being an academic All-American last season, he was Stanford's first NSCAA All-American since 2002. This season, Warshaw has scored four more goals from his central defense position, giving him 18 in his Stanford career. He has led the Cardinal defense that has to six shutouts and is allowing just one goal per game.

Yahyavi has had a breakthrough season, leading the Cardinal with six goals and 13 points. He has three game-winning goals on the season, including two in 1-0 wins. The senior maintains a 3.75 GPA in computer science.

Both Warshaw and Yahyavi will now be up for the national vote to determine the Academic All-America teams.
