David Sender earned a score of 55.55 in the All-Around vs. Penn St and Iowa.

Junior David Sender (Arlington Heights, IL/Buffalo Grove) of the Stanford men's gymnastics team was selected as the MPSF and NCAA Gymnast of the Week for the week of Mar. 5- Mar. 11.

Sender helped the team to a victory over No. 2 Penn State and No. 9 Iowa on his way to capturing the All-Around title. The junior co-captain claimed victories on the floor exercise (9.60) and the vault (9.20), while also taking second on the still rings (9.60). Sender recorded a season high score of 55.55 on the six events to claim the All-Around title. Sender is now the national leader on vault and is second in the All-Around.

Sender and the rest of the Stanford men's gymnastics team return to action on Saturday, Mar. 31 for the MPSF Championships in Berkeley, CA.
