LaQuinta, Calif. - Stanford shot a second round 282 to fall to fourth place at The Prestige at PGA West after two rounds, fourteen strokes under par.
The Cardinal, ranked No. 1 in the country by Golfweek, trails No. 2 Oregon by ten strokes. Washington and San Diego State are second and third, respectively.
Cameron Wilson (72-67, -5) fired a team-low 67 at the Greg Norman Course, punctuated by an eleven-hole run that saw six birdies and no bogeys. Wilson is tied for tenth and is one stroke behind defending champion Andrew Yun (66-72, -6) who carded a 72 and finished tied for sixth. Spencer Fletcher of Arizona State tops the leaderboard at ten-under.
Patrick Rodgers (69-72, -3), Steve Kearney (73-71, E), and David Chung (73-76, +5) rounded out the scoring for the Cardinal.
Marcel Puyat (71-71, -2) and Andre DeDecker (77-73, +6) competed as individuals.
