STANFORD, Calif. - The first edition of "Inside Stanford Sports With David Shaw" will be broadcast starting on Monday August 29th on KNBR 1050 AM live from the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, located at 640 Emerson Street in Palo Alto, beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Head coach David Shaw will be joined by Michael Thomas, Griff Whalen, and Andrew Fowler to discuss the upcoming season and preview Stanford's season-opener against the San Jose State Spartans.

"Inside Stanford Sports With David Shaw" will be broadcast from Gordon Biersch on KNBR 1050 once a month during football season on Monday nights from 8-9:00 PM. The remaining 2011 “Inside Stanford Sports with David Shaw” radio show dates are 9/19,10/24,11/14, and 12/5.
