Stanford football head coach Walt Harris and Cardinal football players spoke to the press along with several Cardinal football players and assistant coaches Wednesday at the annual Stanford Football Media Luncheon held on campus.

Stanford is in the midst of training camp in preparation for the 2006 season. The Cardinal opens its upcoming campaign with a Pac-10 contest at Oregon on Saturday, September 2 (12:30 pm, PT, ABC). Stanford is scheduled to play its first game in the new Stanford Stadium when the Cardinal hosts Navy on Saturday, September 16 (7:00 pm, PT, FSNBA).
