Scott Sacuskie joined the Stanford sports performance staff on a full-time basis in March of 2011 after working with the program on a volunteer and part-time basis for the 2009 and '10 seasons.
Prior to his full-time appointment at Stanford, Sacuskie served as an assistant varsity football and strength and conditioning coach at East Union High School in Manteca, Calif., where he also worked as a physical education instructor and health education teacher since 2005.
A certified strength and conditioning specialist of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Sacuskie earned his bachelor of science degree in health education from Portland State, where he also lettered in football for the Vikings as a tight end.
A native of Modesto, Calif., Scott currently resides in Santa Clara with his wife Becky and sons Noah, Owen and Jonah.
