Gary Hazelitt Position: Head Equipment Manager Experience: 14th season Alma Mater: Cal State Fullerton '84

Gary Hazelitt is in his 12th season as Stanford's head equipment manager.

Hazelitt is responsible for overseeing the purchasing, fitting, maintenance and distribution of equipment for the entire Stanford athletic program, with his primary duties focused on the needs of the football program.

Hazelitt is also responsible for the overall budgeting of the athletic department equipment needs and oversees the allocation and disbursement of the department's apparel contract.

A certified member of the Athletic Equipment Manager's Association, Hazelitt served as the head equipment manager at San Jose State (1990-99) and was the assistant equipment manager at Cal State Fullerton (1983-89) before assuming his duties at Stanford prior to the 2000 season.

The 1984 graduate of Cal State Fullerton resides in San Jose with his wife, LuAnn, and daughters, Bethany and Abby.
