Ryan Devlin is in his first year with the Stanford football staff following stints with the Arizona Cardinals, San Jose State University and Linfield College, his alma mater.
In 2010, Devlin coached the rover position and assisted with special teams. The Wildcats won the Northwest Conference Championship, and notched their 55th consecutive winning season. From 2003-2006, Devlin worked on both sides of the ball and helped the Wildcats earn three consecutive Northwest Conference Championships. In 2004, Linfield won the Division III National Championship.
In 2008, Devlin worked as a staff assistant for the Arizona Cardinals, where he assisted with video operations, college scouting, and breaking down games for the defense and special teams. While at Arizona, the Cardinals won back-to-back NFC West Division Championships, and appeared in Super Bowl XLIII.
Devlin spent the 2007 season at San Jose State University, working on the football staff as a Graduate Assistant and Assistant Video Coordinator.
A native of Tualatin, Ore. Devlin graduated from Linfield College in 2005. Ryan and his wife, Monica, were married in July of 2010. They reside in Menlo Park.
