2010-2011: Rowed bow seat of the Freshman 8+ taking ninth at the IRA ... placed second in the Sharp Cabrillo Cup at the San Diego Crew Classic.

High School: Rowed at Mount Baker Crew for four years, in the Varsity 8+ for three years ... rowed two seat in 2010, winning USRowing Northwest Junior Regionals and taking fourth at USRowing Youth Nationals ... wrestled on the varsity wrestling team at Mercer Island High School for four years at the 152- and 171-pound weight classes, helping the team win district and regional titles in 2009 and 2010.
