STANFORD, Calif.- Inside Stanford Sports with Johnny Dawkins on KNBR 1050 AM is back for a fifth season, with the first of four shows scheduled to air on Monday, Jan. 14.

The Inside Stanford Sports radio show is broadcast from Gordon Biersch Restaurant in downtown Palo Alto. The show airs from 8-9 p.m.

There are four shows scheduled over the next two months:
Monday, Jan. 14
Monday, Feb. 11
Monday, Feb. 18
Monday, March 4

Cardinal fans can tune in to KNBR 1050 AM or listen online at www.gostanford.com via the All-Access player as a paid program. Another way to interact with the show is utilizing the hashtag #AskStanMBB on Twitter, as participants are encouraged to use the hashtag when tweeting their questions to Stanford Men's Basketball (@Stanfordbball).

Guests are also encouraged to stop by 640 Emerson Street and attend the show live or call in to 808-1050 and ask questions. Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to win prizes, including Stanford merchandise and courtside seats to upcoming men's and women's home games.

Veteran radio play-by-play announcer John Platz serves as the show's host. Selected student-athletes and special guests are scheduled to appear throughout the year.

Monday's guests include juniors Josh Huestis and Dwight Powell, along with assistant coach Charles Payne.

Stanford (10-7, 1-3 Pac-12) returns to Maples Pavilion this weekend, completing a three-game homestand when California (10-6, 2-2 Pac-12) visits on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 1:30 p.m.

The Cardinal is coming off a split of last week's home games, defeating Washington State 78-67 before falling to Washington 65-60 three days later.
