Entry No. 9: Our Memories Of Spain

Stanford's six-game, 11-day tour of Spain came to an end on Wednesday night, as the Cardinal arrived at SFO just before midnight after flying all day from Barcelona.

Brian Eskildsen enters his third season with the men's basketball program and his second as the Video/Recruiting Assistant.

Eskildsen oversees the recruiting database while assisting the coaching staff in the coordination of all recruiting efforts. He is also responsible for handling film exchange and assists the coaching staff with scouting video.

Prior to arriving at Stanford, Eskildsen served as the Director of Operations at the University of New Orleans during the 2009-10 campaign. His duties included travel, scheduling, directing summer camps and overseeing academics.

A 2009 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Eskildsen served on the scout team and as an office assistant for the Lady Vols under head coach Pat Summitt. While at Tennessee, Eskildsen was a member of two national championship teams.

A native of Fairfax, Va., Eskildsen currently resides in Palo Alto.
