Stanford Baseball to Host Annual Alumni Game on October 12

2008 Stanford Baseball Alumni Game
STANFORD, Calif. - The Stanford Baseball program is proud to host its annual Alumni Game on Sunday, October 12 at Sunken Diamond. The day's events, which provide a chance for Cardinal past and present to come together, will begin with the Old Timer's Game at 12 noon, followed by the Alumni vs. Varsity game at 1:30 p.m. and concluding with a 5:00 p.m. BBQ at the Sports Café in the Arrillaga Family Sports Center. Stanford Baseball boasts a long and storied tradition, one which includes 20 conference championships (18 in the Pac-10), 28 NCAA Tournament appearances, 15 Regional titles, six Super Regional crowns, 16 College World Series trips and a pair of national titles. This success was born of, and maintained by, the Stanford Baseball family. Join us as we remember past glory, look to future successes and - of course - play ball!
