STANFORD, Calif.-- Stanford had 11 players in the Major Leagues in 2009, and as spring training is coming near its conclusion, MLB.com in its coverage has written feature stories on four former Stanford baseball players.

In addition, John Hester, who made his Major League debut with the Diamondbacks last year for former Stanford star and current Arizona Manager, A.J. Hinch, is hitting .381 in spring training. Jody Gerut, now with Milwaukee, entered Spring Training as the projected fourth outfielder for the Brewers.
