STANFORD, Calif.-- Due to impeding weather in the San Francisco Bay Area, Stanford's collegiate baseball game with the University of the Pacific, originally scheduled for Tuesday, has been pushed back a day to Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

Stanford, ranked No. 18 in the national polls, is 3-0 on the young season after sweeping No. 5 Rice. Pacific, led by former Stanford great, Ed Sprague, is 2-1 after taking two of three from the University of San Francisco last weekend.

Tickets for Tuesday's game will be honored for Wednesday's contest. Those interested in purchasing tickets can call 1800-STANFORD.
