Stanford and Fresno State now scheduled to play single game on Saturday and doubleheader Sunday.



Head coach Mark Marquess and his sixth-ranked Cardinal are now scheduled to open the season on Saturday after Friday's season-opener postponed due to weather conditions

Stanford, Calif. - The 2005 season-opener between No. 6 Stanford and Fresno State scheduled for Friday at Sunken Diamond has been postponed due to weather conditions. The teams will now open the season at Sunken Diamond on Saturday, January 29 (1:00 pm, PT). Today's postponed game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday, January 30 (1:00 pm, PT).
