STANFORD
• Stanford dropped its sixth straight game to Oregon State dating back to the Beavers' five-game season sweep of the Cardinal in 2006 and has now lost of eight of its last nine contests to the Beavers

• Stanford needs a victory in each of the last two games of its current series with Oregon State to avoid dropping a sixth straight series for the first time since the 1993 club lost its last five series and the 1994 team dropped its first set of the season

• Stanford needs a victory in each of the last two games of its current series with Oregon State to avoid dropping a sixth straight Pac-10 series for the first time in the school's recorded history

• Stanford needs a victory in each of the last two games of its current series with Oregon State to avoid dropping a fourth straight series to Oregon State as well as a third straight regular season set to the Beavers

• Stanford still leads the all-time series over Oregon State, 35-23

Sean Ratliff (CF) has now played in and started all 39 games this season and is the only Stanford player to do so

Adam Sorgi (3-4) tied a season-high with three hits

Adam Gaylord drove in a pair of runs for the first multiple-RBI game of his career

• Stanford's three errors marked its ninth multiple-error game in its last 16 contests

• Stanford's extended its season-best string of double-digit hit games to five with 14 hits

• The game clocked in at 4:04 to mark Stanford's second-longest game of the season, as well as its third game of more than four hours and its 23rd of three hours or more
