Vanegas (Redwood Christian HS)... named an AFLAC All-American in 2011 after batting .440 with 33 RBIs with six doubles, three triples and a homer. Had a .640 slugging percentage and .558 on-base percentage... also pitched in 2011 striking out an incredible 114 in 57.2 innings, going 7-1 over 14 games.
