2000 Cross Country Season (Junior): Competed in six races, including four Top-10 finishes ... Placed second at the Crystal Springs Challenge.

1999 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Helped lead Stanford to four team victories during the season, including the Pac-10 and West Regional Championships ... Best finish was second place at the Nevada Invitational.

1998 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Competed in only two races, but they were important as she helped the Cardinal team win the NCAA Regional-8 Championships and place third at the NCAA's.

2001 Track & Field Season (Junior): An NCAA and USATF finalist in the 3,000 meter steeplechase ... Set a school record of 10:15.27 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA's ... An NCAA provisional qualifier in the 5,000 meters (16:35.99) ... Placed second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (10:16.52) and sixth in the 5,000 meters (16:47.87) at the Pacific-10 Championships ... Also a Pac-10 qualifier in the 1,500 meters.

2000 Track & Field Season (Sophomore): A versatile athlete who competed in events ranging from the 800 to the 5,000 meters ... An NCAA provisional qualifier in the 5,000 meters (16:45.0) ... Gained Pac-10 qualifying times in the 1,500 meters (4:28.21) and the 3,000 meters (9:44.67) ... At the Pac-10 Championships in Eugene, finished seventh in the 3,000 meters and ninth in the 5,000 meters.

1999 Track & Field Season (Freshman): Enjoyed an excellent season competing in the 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000 meters ... Was among the team's top runners in the 5,000 meters where she qualified for the conference meet with a time of 16:52.90.

High School: A two time Footlocker finalist in 1996 and 1997, finished 13th in 1997 to gain All-American status ... A two-time Rhode Island state champion in cross country, six times in track ... Was ranked #2 in the nation in the two mile her senior year (10:30.42) ... Holds seven state records in Rhode Island ... Considered the top high school distance female runner ever out of the state of Rhode Island.
