1998 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Twice ran in the Cardinal Top 5 ... Finished seventh at the Fresno State Invitational and 17th at the Arizona State Invitational.

2001 Track & Field Season (Sophomore): Was enjoying a breakthrough season until a freak accident during the Distance Medley Relay at the Penn Relays ended his season abruptly ... Ran 1:50.10 for 800 meters in early April ... Gained All-America honors as a member of the winning Distance Medley Relay team at the NCAA Indoor Championships.

2000 Track & Field Season (Freshman): Competed solely in the 800 meters with a conference qualifying time of 1:50.09, produced indoors at the Boston Terrier Indoor Classic ... Finished eighth at the Pac-10 Championships at Eugene.

1999 Track & Field Season: Redshirted outdoors, but competed indoors in the 800 meters ...
