High School: Finished third at the Tennessee state track championships in the 3,200 (11:04.80) and fourth in the 1,600 (5:06.27) in 2012 ... won the 2012 Section 1 AAA titles in both distance races ... as a freshman in the spring of 2009, Ferowich won Class A/AA state championships in the 1600- and 3200-meter runs, and was state runner-up in the 800 ... as a sophomore was fifth in the FootLocker national cross-country championships in San Diego ... missed the 2010 track seasonwith injuries, which also limited her as a junior.
