The No. 4 men finish third, while the No. 6 women place fifth in the highly competitive Wisconsin adidas Invitational.

Stanford: Had a breakthrough season on both the cross-country course and the track last season ... a scoring runner during the cross-country season before missing time with an injury ... earned his first All-America honor on the track after placing seventh at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase.

2010 Season (RS Sophomore): A major factor at Pre-Nationals, finishing 18th with a 8,000-meter time of 24:02 ... placed eighth for his best finish of the season at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 23:41.

2009 Season (RS Freshman): Competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships as Stanford's No. 7 runner ... placed 27th at the NCAA West Regionals with a 10,000-meter time of 31:24.7 ... ran a season-best of 23:46.88 over 8,000 meters at the Pac-10 Championships to finish 19th ... the individual champion at the season-opening Nevada Twilight Invitational ... helped the Cardinal to a sweep of the Stanford Invitational, placing second overall with a time of 23:54.

2008 Season (Freshman): Redshirted.

High School: A high school cross country All-American who was the top junior at the 2006 FootLocker National Cross Country Championships with his sixth-place finish ... led his team to a third-place national finish with a third-place individual finish at the 2007 Nike Team Nationals ... the 2007 New Mexico state cross country champion and the 2007 Gatorade New Mexico State Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year ... in 2008, ran 9:07.41 for the 3,000-meter steeplechase, the second-fastest high school time in the nation.
