2004 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Stanford's fifth runner as the Cardinal finished sixth as a team • Placed 24th at the NCAA West Regional • Finished 11th at the Pac-10 Championships to help the Cardinal win a fifth-straight team title, earning Second-Team All-Pac-10 honors.

2003 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Finished 19th at the Pac-10 Championship as Stanford claimed the team title for the fourth-straight year • Pre-NCAA Open champion • Placed fifth in the 8,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational and earned runner-up honors at the Bronco Invitational.

2002 Cross Country Season: Redshirted.

International Competition: Gold medalist in the 10,000 meters at the 2003 Junior Pan Am Games in Barbados • Finished fourth at the 2003 U.S. Junior National Cross Country Championships to qualify for the IAAF World Junior Cross Country Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland.
