Stanford: A 2008 NCAA cross-country competitor and Stanford's No. 4 all-time steeplechaser on the track ... ran in two conference championship meets, two NCAA regionals, and one NCAA championship meet.

2012 Season (Senior): Ran in three meets ... Stanford's No. 8 runner at the Pac-12 Championships, placing 76th in 22:29 over 6K ... was fourth overall and No. 1 for Stanford in the Doc Adams Invitational in Davis, Calif., covering the 6K course in 21:12 ... ran No. 9 on the Stanford 'A' team at the Stanford Invitational, covering the 6K course in 22:57.

2011 Season (Junior): Stanford's No. 6 runner at the NCAA West Regional Championships, placing 61st with a time of 21:42 ... best finish was 18th at the USF Invitational with a 5K time of 18:58 ... placed 81st at the Stanford Invitational with a 6K time of 22:26.

2010 Season (RS Sophomore): Top finish of 15th place came at the Jim Heuval Twilight Invitational with a 5K time of 16:37 ... top 6K time of 22:01 came at the Stanford Invitational ... placed 70th at the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 22:13 ... ran 22:49 at Pre-Nationals.

2009 Season (Sophomore): Redshirted.

2008 Season (Freshman): Placed 21st at the Pac-10 Championships with a 6K time of 20:47.74 as Stanford's third runner, helping the Cardinal to a third-place finish ... top finish came at the Stanford Invitational, taking 15th to help the Cardinal to the team title ... also competed in the NCAA West Regional and the NCAA Championships.

High School: A high school cross country All-American and two-time FootLocker finalist ... finished 25th and 13th at the FootLocker National Championships ... a four-time Florida state runner-up in cross country ... ran 4:54.40 in the 1,600 and 10:28.58 in the two mile in 2008.

Personal: Biomechanical engineering major ... parents are Nick and Lisa ... brother, Nico, played football at Harvard ... also has a younger sister, named Isabelle ... earned USTFCCA Academic All-America honors for the track season.
