The Stanford men's cross country team remained No. 1 in the nation in the most recent poll from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. The poll comes after the ISU Pre-National races that featured most of the top teams in the nation competing at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Ind., site of the NCAA meet in November.
