2012 Season: Outdoors - Placed 16th in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championships, in 9:22.11 ... ran his best time of 9:15.31 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational. Indoors - Did not compete.

Cross Country: Ran in two meets in 2012, including the Stanford Invitational, where he was the No. 9 runner on the Cardinal 'A' team.

High School: The 2011 New York State Public High School Athletic Association champion in the 3,200 meters in 8:58.92... an eight-time high school All-American ... holds the Warwick school records in the 1,600, 3,200, 2,000-meter steeplechase, distance medley relay and 4x800... helped Warwick to state records in the indoor and outdoor DMR and won the 2011 indoor DMR national title ... a three-year captain in cross country and a two-year captain in track.
